I started singing at a very young age, and picked up the guitar when I was about 14. Through my teen and college years my influences were many, including classical, jazz and rock. Through those influences I developed an acoustic fingerstyle that I carried into my time with a folk trio called "The 3 of Us". "The 3 of Us" started in 1994 and continued on for over 11 years, playing countless shows and releasing two CDs. Feel free to check out some of the trio's tunes and even purchase the recordings by visiting my
music page.
In 1997 at a party commenorating the release of our first CD, "Allegheny Hideaway", a cute little brunette walked in to the club and we struck up a conversation centered around Turkey Sandwiches, Cashmere Sweaters, White-Out, and Seinfeld. Two nights later she was at another release party and two years after that....she became my wife.
Now I work as a computer technician and network administrator for a manufacturing company and rarely pull out the guitar except to play my favorite rendition of "Elmo's World" for the kids, but I wouldn't give up this life. I hope to use these pages not only to share my past with those who would still like to listen, but to also
share my thoughts on current happenings, music, sports, etc. to those who care to read.
I would like to thank those who have been on the journey to this point and welcome those who are coming about for the rest of the ride.
